Our Mission
Memphis Loves Kids is a grassroots project started by two sisters in 2005. Our mission is to promote everything that's great about the Memphis Metropolitan Area for families with children and to support the work of other local, child-focused non-profits through volunteer efforts and other forms of collaboration. In 2010, we became a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation.
Memphisloveskids.com is the Mid-South's original and most comprehensive online resource for anyone with children in their lives. The purpose of our website is to provide Memphis area caretakers, educators and mentors with extensive information on all things child-related.
"Let's turn crime, illiteracy, unhealthy, unproductive poverty lifestyles around from the ground up...one child, one community at a time - we can change the world! Let's give our children the best." ~ Issac Hayes, Memphis Kid
