Memphis Loves Kids was founded by two sisters in 2005 as a grassroots community effort to promote everything positive the Memphis metropolitan area has to offer families with children, and to support the work of other local, child-focused nonprofits through collaboration. In 2010 Memphis Loves Kids was established as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation.

Memphisloveskids.com is the city's first and most comprehensive Internet resource for people with children in their lives. The purpose of our website is to provide Memphis area caretakers, educators, mentors and volunteers, as well as visitors and potential relocators, with extensive information regarding all things child related.
